Well, she is bored with her life. Here is a girl that is attractive, has friends, a loving family and what appears to be everything in life, but just doesn’t believe its enough, so she takes her life.

The only problem is that she survives and wakes up a week later in a mental hospital, you might think that she will go on with her life, but the crux is that she is told she only has a few days to live, because the pills she took damaged her heart. The story begins to focus on the relationships she has with other patients in the hospital, and her dawning realization, that she needs to appreciate every minute of life she has. The book draws the reader in and even gives him hope that her life will go on .
